Brantford Man Killed

A Canadian Press cable from London, Eng., says: “Sergt. Albert Stephenson of the 36th Battalion, Brantford, Ont., accidentally slipped over a quarry at Sandling, near Shorncliffe, and died immediately.” Local records do not show the name of any Albert Stephenson, of this city, as being a member of the 36th Battalion.
