WATSON, Alfred – At the John Noble Home, on Friday December 10, 1971, in his 89th year, Alfred Watson, 96 Maitland Street (veteran of World War One, 125th Battalion; member Branch 90, Royal Canadian Legion); beloved husband of Ethel Mary Martin; dear father of Ralph, Donald, Mrs. Hugh (Barbara) Simon, all of Brantford, and Mrs. Zenon (Joan) Trocxynski, Elliot Lake; also 3 grandchildren; predeceased by a son Alan in 1967.  Resting at McCleister Funeral Home, 30 Brant Avenue.  Service in the chapel on Monday at 2 p.m.  Interment in Soldiers’ Plot, Mount Hope Cemetery.  Canon C.V. Tomkins of St. Luke’s Anglican Church will officiate.
