Private Allen Foley Paris, Wounded – Was Out West When Call Came and Joined Calgary Battalion

PARIS, June 28. – The Paris casualty list still continues to grow, word having been received that Corp. Allan Foley had been wounded in the recent fighting. He was out west when the call came for men he joined the 31st Battalion at Calgary, going overseas in May 1915. He had been in the trenches since September. Corp. Foley is the son of Mrs. C.M. Foley, and has a large circle of acquaintances who hope that he will soon recover.
