Private Archibald Anderson Dead

The death took place last night at the Brantford General Hospital of Private Archie Anderson of the 84th Battalion. Private Anderson, who enlisted on Sept. 27, 1915, was in his 18th year and death was due to pneumonia. He has one brother now in the trenches in France. The funeral, which will be with military honors, will take place from his father’s residence, 161 Dalhousie Street, on Tuesday, with internment in the military plot at Greenwood cemetery.

To The Grave

The funeral of the late Private A. Anderson of the base detail, 84th Battalion, took place this afternoon from 161 Dalhousie Street to Greenwood cemetery. The base detail of the battalion, under Lieut. Pringle will attend the funeral as mourners and a firing party from D. Company will also accompany the cortege to the grave.
