Markham – Killed in Action on Tuesday, Aug. 14th. Private Bertram Markham, aged 25 years, dearly loved husband of Gertrude Markham 150 George Street.

Private Markham was a married man and a machinist. He was English and 25 years of age. He lived at 10 Pearl Street. He went overseas with the first overseas battalion from the 38th Dufferin Rifles.
