Private Cecil Birley of Paris, who was wounded in Belgium early this month, died Sunday in Farnham Hospital, Sussex, England, according to a cable received yesterday by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Birley. Private Birley was one of the Paris boys who went overseas with the 84th Battalion and was drafted upon arrival to the 75th Battalion and sent directly to the front.
