BOWMAN – At the Brantford General Hospital, on Thursday, May 24, 1979, Cecil H. Bowman of 24 Sarah Street; beloved husband of Lillian Jordan; dear father of Bill, Robert and David, all of Brantford; father-in-law of Donna and Rosann; loving grandfather of Christopher (Chris) and Catherine (Cathy); also several nieces and nephews surviving.  Mr. Bowman was a retired employee of Massey-Ferguson Limited and was a 60 year member of the Canadian Order of Foresters.  Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Funeral Home, 88 Brant Avenue from 7 p.m., Thursday.  Service in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Alan Harwood of Temple Baptist Church officiating.  Interment Scotland Cemetery.
