Charles A. Dickson
The death of Charles Arthur Dickson, husband of Lillian Burgess, occurred this morning in Brantford general Hospital, in his 72nd year. He was born in London, England, and had been a resident of Brantford for the last 39 years. Mr. Dickson was a veteran of the First World War and a member of Branch 92 Canadian Legion. He was well known in the decorating trade. Surviving besides his widow are two sons, George C., and Edward H., both of Brantford; a sister, Mrs. F. Farnham, Brantford, and seven grandchildren. Mr. Dickson is resting at the Beckett Funeral Home where the service will be conducted Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

The funeral service for Charles Arthur Dickson, 160 Nelson Street, was conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Beckett Funeral Home. Rev. C.V. Tomkins of St. Luke’s Anglican Church, officiated. The pallbearers, all members of Branch 90, Canadian Legion, in charge of D. Monkman, were S. King, J. Turner, R. Sloat, J. Lune, E. Flath, and G. Rickwood. Interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
