Gunner Clifford John Webber, 4 Spring Street, was admitted to first field ambulance depot on August 14. However, the wounded soldier had recovered sufficiently from an injury in his shoulder to return almost immediately to duty. He was employed in Brantford at the Brantford Willow Works before he signed up with the 32nd Battery.
