BX October 3, 1916

Another former Brantfordite, one who learned his trade with The Expositor, is reported among the wounded, in the person of Elmer L. Winter, who enlisted at Edmonton, where he was employed as a linotype operator. His parents, who formerly resided on Nelson Street this city, are residing in Sarnia. Winter worked in Ottawa and Hamilton, prior to going west. The extent of his injuries has not yet been learned.
