BEECHEY, George – At the Willett Hospital, Paris on Friday, August 2, 1974, in his 81st year, George Henry Beechey of 66 William Street, Paris; beloved husband of Emily Ball and dear father of George J.., Leonard, Wilfred (Jiggs) Jack and William, all of Paris, Ronald and Mrs. Douglas (Doreen) Harding, both of Brantford; three brothers and two sisters, all of Leicester, England, 23 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.  Veteran of World War I and II; life member Branch 29 Legion, Paris; life member Old Timers, Branch 90 Legion, Brantford; life member Ex-Imperial Club, Brantford and life member Ozias Lodge, No. 508 A.F. and A.M. GRC.  Resting at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 11 Jury Street, Paris, for interment in Paris Cemetery. Donations to Cancer Society gratefully accepted.
