Private George Stanley Todd of Burford is today reported wounded. Before enlisting with the 38th Dufferin Rifles in November 1915 he was working on a farm. He is a single man. Pte. Charles Long of Brantford is also reported wounded this morning.

BX October 19, 1918

Private George Stanley Todd, who left Burford with the 125th Battalion, returned home quietly last week. He was severely wounded and has been in a hospital for some time. He is the last of three brothers who have seen active service in France and have been invalided home.
