VANEVERY – George W. – At the Lady Willingdon Nursing Home, Ohsweken, on Wednesday, February 21, 1979, George W. VanEvery of R6 Hagersville, in his 83rd year. Mr. VanEvery was a veteran of the First World War with overseas duty, also a member of Kilwinning Masonic Lodge No. 297 A.F and A.M.; beloved husband of Ada Monture; loving father of George Noah, Georgina Mary and Joyce Anne; also survived by four grandchildren. Resting at the Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken until Saturday, 1:30 p.m., then to St. Paul’s Kanyengeh Church, Sour Springs Road, for funeral service at 2 p.m., followed by cremation. Rev. R. Hayne officiating.
