STEELE, Gladys – At the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, January 15, 1979, Gladys Wallace Steele in her 89th year; beloved wife of the late A. Lawson Steele; dear mother of A.W. (Bill) Steele of California and Harris Steele of Guelph; dear sister of Marion (Mrs. Basil Misener) of R. 3 Brantford; predeceased by one sister and five brothers; survived by four grandchildren.  The family will receive their friends at Thorpe Brothers; Funeral Home, 96 West Street, from 2 p.m., Wednesday.  A private family service and committal in the chapel on Thursday afternoon at 2.30
