Harry Franklin Cowherd, who has been a member of the Fourth Canadian Mounted Rifles since last fall, has returned to the city. He passed six doctors successfully and when a seventh medical expert went over his physical frame he discovered a defect hitherto unknown, and Harry was rejected.
