VAIR, James – At the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, January 22, 1985, in his 87th year, James Vair; beloved husband of the late Sarah Lucille Vair; dear father of James and his wife Barbara, Bufford; loving grandfather of Jim, Doug and Judy; dear brother of Mrs. Ethel McCreary, Brantford and Mrs. Helen Borthwick, Brantford.  Mr. Vair was a retired employee of Dominion Stores where he worked for 42 years.  Friends will be received at the McCleister Funeral Home, 30 Brant Avenue, Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.  Funeral service and committal service in the chapel Friday at 1:30 p.m.  Interment in Farringdon Burial Ground.  Rev. Ken Norman of Fairview United Church will officiate.
