Jasper Blaine Anderson

Word has been received of the death, in Dauphin, Manitoba, of Jasper B. Anderson, son of the late Marshall Anderson and Mrs. Anderson, the latter a resident of this city.  He was 31 years of age, and when residing in Brantford was an employee of the Waterous Engine Works.  He went overseas from here with the 215th Battalion, and upon his return kept store at Glenmorris, until this spring, when he went to Dauphin and took up farming. He is survived by his wife, (formerly Miss Leone Boughner, St. George), and two children; four brothers and one sister, Wallace and James, out West; Charles, Toronto; Wilfrid, Oakland; Mrs. J. Hartley, Brockville.  The funeral will take place on Saturday from the residence of his father-in-law, E. Boughner, St. George, to the St. George cemetery.

The funeral of Jasper Blaine Anderson took place Saturday afternoon from the residence of his father-in-law, E. Boughner in Brantford Township, to St. George yesterday.  The services were in charge of Rev. Mr. Dellar of St. George. The deceased was a member of St. George Lodge, A.F. and A.M. and the Masonic services at the home and grave were in charge of James MacNeely, worshipful master of that lodge. The pallbearers were J. Lawrason, Ed. Lawrason, C. Burt, L. Grantham, W.J. Scott and W.H. Keirle.
