Returned Home

Among the soldiers who returned yesterday on the 10.02 a.m. train was Sergeant Percy Frederick Frank Unsworth, who left Brantford with the 125th Battalion, as sergeant of the machine gun section. He was transferred a few months after landing in England to the Fifth Canadian Divisional School as instructor in the Lewis machine gun, earning the praise and esteem of the officer commanding. His return is owing to an unfortunate breakdown in health, thus robbing him of his chance to get to France, to his deep regret.
