Mrs. John L. Scott, Lorne Crescent, has received word that her son, Private Robert Scott was officially reported wounded between September 26 and 27. Particulars as to his wounding were lacking. Private Scott joined the boys in khaki at Prince Albert in January, 1915. He went overseas last fall with the 32nd Battalion from Camp Hughes. It was in December that he went to France, and he has been in the trenches ever since. David Gordon Scott, a brother, also joined and went overseas last month with the 183rd Battalion from Camp Hughes.

Previously reported wounded and missing on Sept. 27, 1916. Robert Scott, 5th Infantry Battalion, C.E.F., aged 26 years youngest son of the late John Laird Scott, and Mrs. Scott, Lorne Crescent, and grandson of the late Alexander Scott of Arden, near Glasgow, Scotland is now reported killed in action on that date.
