A late casualty list today reports Private Walter Harold Brown of this city as wounded and Pte. Robert Samuel Thompson gassed.

BX November 15, 1917

Mrs. Jessie Thompson, 25 North Park Street, received word yesterday that her husband, Private Robert Samuel Thompson, infantry, had been officially reported admitted to the No. 3 General Field Ambulance on Oct. 31. He is suffering from shell gas. Pte. Thompson went overseas with the First Brant County Battalion and was formerly employed as a trucker at the Malleable Iron Works.
