Robert Ward Turnbull

R. Ward Turnbull of 5 Main Street, Paris, died Tuesday at the Willett Hospital.  Born in St. George, he had lived in Paris for 43 years.  Mr. Turnbull was a member of Paris Presbyterian Church.  He served in the First World War.  Surviving besides his wife, the former Edna Paterson, are three daughters, Mrs. William (Bernice) Dance of Brantford, Mrs. Gordon (Jean) Cruickshank, of Galt and Mrs. Donald (Marion) Humphreys, of Paris; four brothers, Orval of Windsor, Allan of Brantford, Fletcher of Paris, and Virgil of St. George; two sisters, Mrs. Hope Brittain and Mrs. James (Grace) Davidson both of Brantford; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Mr. Turnbull is at the Bruce B. Smith Funeral Home for service Friday at 2 p.m.  Interment will be in Paris Cemetery.
