VAREY, Robert P. – At the Brantford General Hospital, on Wednesday, May 23, 1973, in his 79th year, Robert P. Varey, of 174 Pearl Street (veteran of World War One serving overseas with the 4th Regiment, a member of the 54th Battery; beloved husband of Ivy Curtis; dear father of Robert of Orillia and Norman of Drumbo; also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Resting at the McCleister Funeral Home Ltd., 30 Brant Avenue. Service in the chapel Friday at 2 p.m. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery.  Padre John MacCallum officiating.
