Roy I. Wintermute

Rev. H.A. Smith, padre of the Canadian Legion officiated at the funeral of Roy Isaac Wintermute Monday afternoon at the Hill and Robinson Chapel.  Relatives from Brantford and outside points and friends from Brantford and the Scotland district were present at the service.  There was a profusion of flowers.  Pallbearers were Earl Persall, Brant Atkin, Earl Hill Clarence Stratford, Ross Cradock and Clayton Smith all representing the Mount Pleasant Branch of the Canadian Legion.  Interment was in the Soldiers’ Plot in Mount Hope Cemetery.
