Private Samuel Bradford is Reported Wounded

The latest casualty list published at Ottawa last night contains the name of Pte. Samuel Bradford, he being among the wounded in the fighting in Flanders. Private Bradford left Brantford at the outbreak of the war with the first company of Dufferin Rifles, under Major Colquhoun, who at that time held the rank of captain. By trade, he is a laborer and is a married man. The only military service which he had prior to the present war was with the Dufferin Rifles, he having served for three years in the local regiment. He resided at 31 Cayuga Street and was a member of the “Mad Fourth” battalion.
