Private Stanley Cruikshank, who lived with his aunt, Mrs. S. Wiles, 42 Ascot Avenue, is wounded and a prisoner.  According to the official telegram received today by Mrs. Wiles, he was wounded twice in the back and once in the chest before being captured.  Pte. Cruikshank, who is a native of Brantford, had just left Ryerson High School when he enlisted with a mounted battalion, which has been serving at the front as infantry.  He is only nineteen, and was a popular member of West Presbyterian Church, where he was connected with Epworth League and Sunday school work.
