Wilfred Williams

WILLIAMS – At the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, April 13, 1974, Wilfred Williams in his 76th year, of 37 Ontario Street; husband of the late Ada Mae Williams; dear father of Wilfred, Buffalo; Robert, Hagersville; Sandford, and Mrs. Thomas (Maisie) Metcalfe both of Brantford; brother of Alfred Williams, Jordan Station; also 29 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; predeceased by two sons, Roy and Earle and a daughter Ariel. Mr. Williams served with the 125th Battalion during World War I and was a member of Branch 90 Royal Canadian Legion. Resting at the Beckett-Glaves Funeral Home, 88 Brant Avenue. Service in chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m. with Rev. James McGee officiating. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
