William Henry Wilson

The death took place at the Brantford General Hospital, Sunday, of William Henry Wilson, late of 29 Edwin Street, in his seventy-fifth year. His wife predeceased him in 1930. The late Mr. Wilson has been a resident of this City for thirty years and was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church. He leaves to mourn his loss three daughters, Mrs. Floyd Verner and Mrs. Bert Graham, both of this City; Mrs. Stanley Eighteen, Montreal; one son, Fredrick Wilson, City and three sisters, Mrs. Francis Giles, Mrs. H. Kneller and Mrs. J. Murrell, Bity. The late Mr. Wilson is resting at Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home, West Street, where service will be held Wednesday afternoon with interment in Mount Hope Cemetery.

The funeral of William H. Wilson, 29 Edwin Street, was conducted from Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home, West Street, Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. B.A. Silcox, Rector of St. James’ Anglican Church, in charge of the service. A large attendance of relatives and friends, and the numerous floral tributes, testified to the esteem in which he was held. The pallbearers were Stanley Eighteen, Floyd Verner, Bert Graham, Charles Marno, Harry Mann and Harry Kneller. Interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
