Cause and Place of Death: Killed in Action

BX May 9, 1917

Honor Roll Additions – Many Brantford Men Shed Their Blood in the Fight for Vimy Ridge and Beyond – Men of First Brants Were in Thick of it

Mrs. Albert McIntyre, of St. George has received official notification that Private William Henry Wilson had been killed in action on April 12 last. Private William Wilson was well and favorably known in St. George, having been a resident of that place for some time prior to his enlistment with the 125th Battalion. He accompanied a draft to France in October last, and had been fortunate in escaping injury until the time of his death.
