Word was received this morning by Mr. W.H. Wyllie of 12 Elizabeth Street, that his son Gunner William John Wyllie had been seriously wounded. No particulars were given in the wire. Gunner Wyllie was formerly employed at E.H. Newman’s jewelry store and when he enlisted was working with Fowler and Co., at St. Catharines. He went overseas with a St. Catharines battery.

Wyllie, formerly of Brantford; beloved husband of Robina Irwin, and dear brother of Mrs. James (Betty) Aitken, Toronto.  Resting at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home, Wyandotte Street, East, Windsor, Ontario.  Service Wednesday, March 6 at 3.30.  Interment in Windsor.
