Frederick Thomas Gilham
The death took place Monday evening, of Frederick Thomas Gilham, beloved husband of Elizabeth Jane Palmer, in his seventy-fifth year. Left to mourn his loss beside a sorrowing widow, are one daughter, Mrs. R. Sparkes, Toronto, and four sons, Albert George, George Henry, and Alfred Richard, all of this City and Thomas, New York. Mr. Gilham was a member of Trinity Anglican Church, the Dufferin and Haldimand Rifles and the 19th Lincoln and Welland Regiment. The deceased is resting at Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home, West Street, where the service will be conducted Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

The funeral of Frederick Thomas Gilham was conducted Wednesday afternoon from Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home, with interment in the Soldiers’ Plot in Mount Hope Cemetery. Rev. T.D. Painting, Rector of Trinity Anglican Church conducted the services. Bugler A.B. MacKinnon sounded “Last Post,” at the graveside. The pallbearers were A.G. Gilham, G.H. Gilham, T.E. Gilham, R.P. Sparkes and C. Grant.
