Albert Chandler

Funeral services for Albert Chandler were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the residence of his son, A.E. Chandler, 47 Walter Street, with Rev. A.W. Brown of Balfour Street United Church in charge.  The high esteem in which deceased was held was illustrated by the exceptionally large number of relatives and friends in attendance, and the profusion of beautiful floral tributes brought a message of sympathy to the bereaved.  The pallbearers were Harry Foulger and James Laird, representing the Canada Glue Company; Fred Fawcett and Jack Creighton, neighbors of the deceased, and Robert Mulligan and Hector McKay, former Echo Place neighbors of Mr. Chandler.  Interment was in Farringdon Burial Ground.
