Only Two Weeks There

In the trenches less than two weeks before he was wounded was the fate of Private Fred Gold, who left Brantford with the 36th Battalion. Word has been received by Mrs. Maddock, 25 Mohawk Street, where he formerly boarded. It was about the sixth of this month that Pte. Gold left for the trenches. He formerly worked at Verity’s.
