BX October 8, 1918

Mrs. M. McIntyre, 241 Park Avenue, has received the message that her son, Private John Vincent McIntyre has been admitted to the 22nd General Hospital, France, suffering from a gunshot wound received in the thumb. The injury was inflicted on Sept. 2. Pte. McIntyre was a sergeant in the 215th Battalion but he went across with the 255th of Toronto. He left school to do his part in the big fight, and his friends will rejoice that his wound is not more serious.
