Lloyd Clifford Curley Killed in Action

Mrs. L. Curley, Ohsweken, Brant County, has just received a letter from Lieut. Col. Glen Campbell informing her of the death of her husband, Private Lloyd Clifford Curley, who fell in action on Aug. 15 last. He was with the Canadian Pioneers, the 107th Battalion. “Private Curley made many friends in the battalion, and by his manly demeanor gained the esteem and respect of all,” writes Lieut.-Col Campbell.
