Mrs. C. Drake, 71 Gilkison Street, has received a telegram stating that her son, Private Pearson Drake has been wounded in the right arm. Pte. Drake left here with the 125th Battalion and was transferred to the machine gun section. He formerly worked with the Bell Telephone Company here.
