Private Ralph Mills Smith Died of Wounds

Mr. Chester Smith received word yesterday that his brother, Private Ralph Smith, had been killed in action on September 4th. Deceased whose home was in Wroxeter, Ont., enlisted in 1917 with the 161st Huron Battalion, and went to France with the 4th Canadian Division. He was in his 21st year. He leaves to mourn his loss his father and mother, three sisters and three brothers.
